Donald C. Kidney

SAUGERTIES-  Donald C. Kidney, 82, of Charles Smith Rd., died Sunday, March 17, 2024 at his residence.  Born June 13, 1941 in Kingston.    A resident of the area for many years he was formerly employed at Scholar’s Appliances in Kingston and later owned his own appliance repair service.  He was a member of the Saugerties Elks Lodge #2574.

Survivors include two daughters: Deirdre Lynn and her husband, Steve Henderson of Granbury, TX and Donna Marie Ditto of Greenville, Ga.  A son, Donald Kidney of Fla. And dear friends, Peter and Wendy Ashcroft of Malden.  Seven grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren also survive.   He was predeceased by a brother, Corneilus Kidney and his eldest daughter, Linda Lee.

His Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Friday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties.   Burial will follow in the Blue Mt.
