Evelyn Harrison

SAUGERTIES....Evelyn A. Harrison, 102, of Lamb Ave. passed away, Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the Kingston City Hospital. Born January 7, 1916 in Westmoreland, Jamaica, West Indies. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Nellie Chapman, she was one of 7 siblings.

An area resident since the 1970's, she formerly resided in the Bronx  and was employed as a supervisor in the garment district of Manhattan for Bill Blass. Predeceased  by her husband, Louis, survivors include a Daughter, Lurline V. Chambers of Rochester, 3 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Viewing: Friends will be received on Monday, Nov. 19, 7:00 - 9:00 PM. Expressions of condolence may be shared with the family on Evelyn's Tribute Wall @ Seamon Wilsey Funeral Home.

Her Family Funeral Procession will form 10:15 AM Tuesday, November 20th at the Seamon Wilsey Funeral Home, corner of John and Lafayette Sts, thence to the Trinity Episcopal Church where at 11:00 her Funeral Service will be conducted.
