Shirley Murphy Obituary

LAKE KATRINE….Shirley A. Murphy, 91, of Frederick Drive and formerly of Glasco Turnpike in Saugerties, died Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the Thompson House in Rhinebeck, New York. Born July 7, 1927 in Ravena, NY she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Dorothy Gombel. Predeceased by her husband, Thomas in January of 2011, survivors include 2 Sons: Thomas of Oregon and Brian Murphy of Saugerties. 3 Daughters: Patricia Reynolds of Lake Katrine, Kathleen Tompkins and Susanne Murphy Boice of Saugerties. 1 Sister: Marsha Kent, 10 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. Her Funeral Service was held privately. Interment was held in the Mt. Marion Cemetery.
