Alfred “Butchie” Misasi of Florida passed away June 10th at home surrounded by his family and under the care of Hospice. Born August 4, 1942 in Glasco, youngest of eleven children, of Frank and Rose Misasi. Al was a self-employed painting contractor for many years and later was a security guard at St. Petersburg College. After retirement, he volunteered at Mease Countryside Hospital. He also attended Salvation Saloon Church in Tarpon Springs.
Survived by his loving wife, Denise, a sister Carolyn “Dolly” Breithaupt. Son, Michael, Daughter Michele, Bonus Son, Richard (Liz) Bernardi, Bonus Daughter, Melissa (Ken) McGuirk. Grandchildren, Curtis Hulburt and Emalee Cooper, many nieces and nephews, an extremely large extended family, and of course, Lily, his Yorkie.
His Funeral Service will be held on July 29, 2023 times to be confirmed. Interment will follow at Saint Mary’s Cemetery. Family suggests donations in his memory be made to Hospice.
