Arline Anderson

WESTCAMP….Arline Anderson, 81, of Patterson Rd. died Friday, May 12, 2023 in Saugerties.   Born March 3, 1942 in Jamaica, Queens she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine Konzal.   An area resident for many years she was employed as a head teller at the M&T Bank on Main St. in Saugerties.

Arline was a member of the Saugerties Columbiettes and volunteered at Bingo.   Predeceased by her husband, Edward and sister Patricia Mentz and brother in-law Edmund Mentz, survivors include a sister, Gail (Gary) Burns of Missouri.  Her nephew Paul Mentz (Brenda) and three nieces, Theresa Franken (Donald), Diane Kelly (Kevin), and Michelle Burns.  Five grandnephews: Justin Mentz (Kate), Andrew Mentz, Tyler Mentz, James Kelly (Shanet), and Robert Kelly and four grandnieces, Katie Blake (Clay), Emily Franken, Tiat Burns-Cranford, and Rian Burns-Cranford.

She also leaves behind her beloved dog Reggie.

We would like to thank the Hospice of the Hudson Valley and her personal health care providers, Gloria Potter and JoAnn Treutler for their excellent support and caring during her final stage of life.

Her Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties.   Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.  Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Town of Saugerties Animal Shelter.
