Bonnie L. (Sinsapaugh) Thomson

Bonnie L. Thomson, a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at her residence in Saugerties, NY, on May 17, 2025, at the age of 67.

Bonnie was predeceased by her loving parents, Daniel Earl and Anna Sparling Sinsapaugh, her devoted husband, Charles Thomson, and her brothers, Kevin and Terry Sinsapaugh. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will be carried on by her daughter, Aubree (Mike) Parr of Esopus; her adored grandchildren, Emma and Keegan Parr; her brothers, Ward "Skipper" of Virginia, Nelson (Roxanne) of North Carolina, Robert and Danny (Michelle) Sinsapaugh of Saugerties; and her sisters, Helen (Augustus) Lane and Debbie (Darren Abrams) Peetoom, both of Saugerties.

A proud graduate of Saugerties High School Class of 1976, she simultaneously finished a certificate program in garment design at Ulster BOCES.  For many years she worked as a seamstress for Arista Flag.  She retired from her career at Elna Magnetics, a manufacturing and distribution company, in 2023.  As a matriarch, Bonnie's guidance and love shaped the lives of her family. Her wisdom will continue to guide them, and her memory will be a treasure that they carry in their hearts forever.

Her Funeral Service will be held 12 noon on Thursday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home Inc. Visitation will be prior to the service starting at 11 am.  Further obituary information and expressions of condolence may be shared with the family at SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.com
