Charles DuBois Obituary
Charles H. DuBois, 80, of John Joy Rd. died Saturday, Oct. 12, 2024 at the Northern Dutchess Hospital, Rhinebeck. Born Oct. 13, 1943 in Saugerties he was the son of the late Charles and Cassie Wooton DuBois. A retired employee of KTB and Ferroxcube he most recently worked with the Saugerties school district at Cahill. He was predeceased by his wife, Linda in 2020 and his sister Clara Musan.
Charlie was a people person and loved to fish. Survivors include two daughters: Linda (Shawn) Doig of Palenville and Kelly (Michael Johnson) of Glasco. Two sons: Christopher of Woodstock and, Charles DuBois of Saugerties. A sister Evelyn “Pete” Chase, Seven grandchildren: Stephon Jackson, Marcel Washington, Danielle, Allison and Benjamin DuBois, Micah and Thomas Doig. A Great Grandchild, Malcolm Jackson and several nieces and nephews also survive.
His Funeral Service will be held privately. Arrangements are under the direction of the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties. Expressions of condolence may be shared with the family on Charlie's Tribute Wall @SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.com
