Christopher Myers Obituary
Christopher A. Myers, 77, of Garden Circle died Wednesday, August 21, 2024. Born February 6, 1947 in Kingston he was the son of Anley and Florence Myers. A lifelong resident of Saugerties, Chris was a graduate of Saugerties High School, a veteran of the US Air Force and was employed for many years at the Dutch Village Apts., in Kingston. An avid long distance runner, Chris was a member of the Onteora Runners Club and in the Boston Marathon 14 times.
Survivors include his wife, Linda, a son, Casey (Billie Jean) Myers of Saugerties. Three brothers: Tom (Nancy), Doug (Nancy), Grant Myers and three sisters: Denise (Michael), Diane and Florence (Jim)
Six grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive. Chris was predeceased by three sons: Adam, Nathan and Christopher Myers.
In honor of Chris, there will be a celebration of life on Sunday September 1, 2024 at his residence 14 Garden Circle, Family and Friends welcome at 3pm. Expressions of condolence may be shared with the family on Chris's Tribute Wall at SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.com
