Dolores Bannen

SAUGERTIES - Dolores Bannen of Mt. View Ave. died Sunday at the Golden Hill Health Related Facility in Kingston.   Born August 13, 1937 in the Bronx she was the daughter of the late Louis and Lillian Friend.   Dolores was a former employee of the Mid Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union and prior to that the NY Telephone Co. in the Bronx.  She was an active member of St. Mary of the Snow RC Church.  Predeceased by her husband, Walter and her son John Bannen, survivors include a daughter, Jean Bannen of Saugerties a brother, Gerard, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.   She was also predeceased by her siblings Louis Friend, Mary Lou Tolman and Virginia Friend.

Her Funeral Procession will form 9:30 AM Thursday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties thence to St. Mary of thw Snow RC Church where at 10:00 AM a Mass of Chrisitian Burial will be offered.  Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.   Friends will be received Wednesday 7-9 PM.  Expressions of condolence may be shared with the family on Dolores's Tribute Wall at SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.com
