SAUGERTIES.....Donna M. Pagnanella, 63, of Lamb Ave. died Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Northern Dutchess Hospital. Born April 24, 1958 in Yonkers, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Mary Zumpano. An area resident for many years, she was employed at Trailways in Kingston where she loved driving the "big bus" all around New York.
Survivors include an ex-husband and friend, John Pagnanella Sr., a son, John Jr., and his wife Ludiber Pagnanella of Union City, NJ, and a daughter, Danielle Pagnanella of Saugerties. Also, a much loved brother, Ronald Zumpano, and her only and treasured granddaughter, Penelope Pagnanella. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She was predeceased by a brother, Vincent Zumpano.
Donna was a compassionate and generous woman who carried an immense love for her family, for Jesus Christ, and for helping animals. She found joy in helping draw family members closer to God, supporting the spread of the Gospel through Christian organizations, and rescuing dogs.
Her Funeral Service will be held 8:15 PM Thursday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties. Friends will be received Thursday 2-4 and 7-8:15PM.
