Doris Semento Obituary

Doris Semento, formerly of Woodstock, passed away on Tuesday, April 19th, 2022 at her home in Cape Canaveral, Fl. Born February 1, 1936 to the late Adelbert and Elizabeth Wilsey, Doris was the eternal optimist and will be forever remembered for her enthusiasm for life, a ready for anything attitude, her passion for traveling, and her never ending smile.

Her grandchildren and great grandchildren knew a "Grammy" with a cookie jar full of homemade ginger snaps who was always up for a trip to Disney World.  As a mother of four, her love, support and selflessness were endless.  As a friend her door was always open, welcoming all with a delicious meal and glass of wine. The true love of her life was her husband Tony Semento, with whom she spent 31 years traveling the world and making memories with family and friends.

Doris is survived by her husband Tony, her four children and their spouses: Bill and Ali Scribner, Brad and Cherry Scribner, Bryan and Jodi Scribner, and Patti and Bob Allen. She had seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
