Douglas T. Lee

SAUGERTIES…. Douglas T. Lee, 63,  of The Birches died Sunday, October 9, 2022 peacefully at his residence.  Born November 14, 1958  in Kingston he was the son of the late Louis Crispell and Catherine Gilbert.  He was employed as a Manager at family-owned K&G Pizza in Kingston.

An avid Red Sox fan, he was a favorite among children especially when he would teach them how to cook and spin a pizza.  He loved his grandpuppies especially “Sir Bentley”.    Survivors include his wife, Linda, two daughters: Lauren (Ronald) Pilz of Saugerties and Anna Thurman of Athens.  Two stepchildren: Jason and Erica Riti both of Hyde Park.  grandchildren: Madison, James, Kirsten and Annie. As well as several siblings. 

A Service of Remembrance will be held 8:15 PM Friday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties.  Friends will be received Friday 7-8:15 PM.  Family suggests donations in his memory be made to the Saugerties Animal Shelter.  Expressions of condolence may be shared with the family at SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.com
