Born in Brooklyn NY to Giuseppe and Maria Puma Frank dedicated his life to his family He was a dedicated member of Union Local 282, where he worked tirelessly to advocate for his fellow workers, always believing in the importance of standing together. Frank’s work ethic and commitment to his principles resonated deeply with those around him and left an indelible mark on his countless friends and colleagues.
An avid sports fan, Frank was well-known for his long-suffering loyalty to the New York Mets. No matter the score, his unwavering passion for his Mets brought joy to those around him, and often became spirited debates over the Mets’ fortunes. His love for baseball was matched only by the love he had for his family.
Frank shared an incredible bond with his beloved wife Teresa-of 64 years. Their love story was one that many admired—a lifetime built on trust, companionship, and joy and funny differences of opinion . He was not just a husband but a soul mate, guiding and uplifting his family with his kindness and compassion. Together, they created a home filled with laughter, resilience, and unwavering support. He leaves behind his Son Joseph and Daughter -in Law Cindy Puma, Grandson Vincent Giordano great grandchildren Gemma and Lainey Giordano , Daughters Jeanine (John) Carneglia and Maria (James) Stanley , Granddaughters Brianna Stanley ( Tom Peters) and daughter Braelynn , Izzy Stanley , Vanessa (Emil)Muzzi and daughter Maxi Muzzi , Grandson John Carneglia and his children Peyton and Ryder .

His Funeral Procession will form 9:30 AM Thursday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties thence to St. Mary of the Snow RC Church where at 10:00 AM a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered. Burial with military honors will be held in Blue Mountain Cemetery. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 4- 7 PM.
