WOODSTOCK: Canadian native son, Garth Hudson, who has been a resident of Woodstock for the last fifty years, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Born August 2, 1937 in Windsor, Ontario, Garth was the son of the late Fred and Olive Hudson, pre-deceased by his wife Maud in 2022. Visitation for friends and colleagues will be held 2-4 pm Sunday, January 26, 2025 at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home 45 John Street, Saugerties, N.Y. Mr. Hudson’s funeral service will be held Monday, January 27, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Old Dutch Reformed Church on Main Street, Kingston, New York. A private burial service will be held afterwards. Expressions of condolences may be shared on Mr. Hudson’s tribute wall at www.seamonwilseyfuneralhome.com
