Helen P. (Liston) Krzywonos

SAUGERTIES.... Helen P. Krzywonos, 74, of W. Saugerties Woodstock Rd. died at home on Sunday, May 16, 2021, surrounded by her family.  Born March 11, 1947 in Limerick, Ireland, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Eileen Madden Liston.  An area resident for the past 45 years she formerly resided in Rockaway Queens, NY.  She was a retired engineer for the NYS Department of Transportation.  Helen most enjoyed being with her family at their beach house in New Jersey.

Survivors include her husband, Raymond, one son, John Reilly and one daughter, Pamela (Michael) McCloskey both of Saugerties.   Five grandchildren: Sean, Brendan, Christopher, Madden Reilly and Sarah McCloskey. Four brothers: John, Brendan, Kevin and William Liston, two sisters: Margaret Mitchell and Mary Manning.  She was predeceased by a brother, Patrick Liston.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10:00 AM Thursday at St. John the Evangelist RC Church.  Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saugerties.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc., Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties.  Expression of condolence may be shared with the family on Helen’s Tribute Wall @SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.com
