Helen "Sissy" Perry, 75, of Valley St., died Thursday October 24, 2024 at the HealthAlliance Hospital, Kingston. She was born on February 19, 1949 to the late Floyd and Helen Waters Newkirk.
She is survived by her daughter, Kelly Schneider; son, Shane (Kris) Newkirk; two grandchildren, Danielle and Michael Newkirk. She was predeceased by her siblings, Floyd, Ronald, Thomas and Lessie.
