Janice Lawson Moon Obituary
Janice Marie Lawson Moon, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2025, at the age of 70, at Golden Hill Nursing Home in Kingston. Born on August 4, 1955, in Newburgh, NY the daughter of the late George William and Ida Mae (Jollie) Lawson.
She was the cherished sister to Judy Mocera, Delora Corley, George Lawson and Cheryl Helmrich. Janice's life was imbued with a sense of purpose and joy that she carried into all her endeavors. Her brother Kevin Lawson, predeceased her.
A devoted mother, Janice's legacy is carried on through her loving children, Rhianna Rodriguez, married to Jorge, and Kevin Williams. Bella Rodriguez and Greyson Williams will forever cherish the countless moments of joy and the unwavering support their grandmother provided.
Her Funeral Service will be held 3:15pm Friday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home Inc., corner of John and Lafayette Sts., Saugerties. Visitation will be prior to service beginning at 2pm.
