Jennifer Hafele

Jennifer H. Hafele, 69, of Fishcreek Road and formerly of Woodstock died Thursday, April 9, 2026 at the Health Alliance Hospital, Mary's Ave.    Born April 17, 1956 in Kingston she was the daughter of the late William and Doris Hutty.

A lifetime area resident she was employed for over 42 years at Ametek Rotron in Woodstock.   She was a member of the Woodstock American Legion Post #1026, loved to cook and enjoyed arts and crafts.  She cherished her grandsons and loved hearing about and supporting all activities that they participated in.

Predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas in October of 2023, survivors include two daughters, Amanda (Jeremy) Rushkoski of Cairo and Rebecca (Daniel) Fricke of Saugerties; five grandsons, Charles, Thomas, Daniel, Jacob and Joseph; a sister, Nancy Sperl of Palenville and several nieces and nephews.   She was predeceased by a sister, Susan Rose.  The family would like to also thank her health aides who were a source of companionship and took great care of her over the last two years.

Her Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday at Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties.
Friends will be received on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9PM.  Family suggests donations be made to the Wounded Warriors Program, St. Jude's Children Hospital, Tunnels to Towers or the Woodstock American Legion Post. Please leave a note of remembrance in Jenn's Tribute Book at SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.com
