SAUGERTIES….Joan E. Ebert, 90, of Burnett Rd. died Sunday, June 26, 2022 at the Ten Broeck Commons Nursing Home. Born September 4, 1931 in Hoboken, NJ she was the daughter of the late Louis and Anna Franz.
An area resident for many years, Joan was an active member of the Blue Mt. Reformed Church where she served as its President of the Cheerful Workers. She was a former officer and member of the Ridge Runners Rod and Gun Club.
Predeceased by her husband, Walter, in 2020, survivors include a son, Glenn (Julie) Ebert, three grandchildren, Amie Ebert, Amanda Whitaker and Kyle Ebert all of Saugerties. Six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Her Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties. Burial will follow in the Blue Mt. Cemetery.
