Joanne Nagy Schneider

Joanne Schneider, 69, of Toftrees Avenue, State College, PA died peacefully on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College, PA.   Born December 31, 1956 in Kingston, NY she is the daughter of Phyllis Nagy and the late David Nagy.   She was employed for several years at Marpac Industries and Coughtry's  in New York as well as University Park Airport in College Park, PA.  Besides her mother, Phyllis,  survivors include her husband, John P. Schneider III,  and her sister, Doreen as well as her son Hyland Winnie, III and two grandsons Christopher and Max Winnie. Her Funeral Service will be held 12 noon Thursday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties.  Entombment will follow in the Wiltwyck Cemetery, Kingston.   Friends will be received Thursday for 10:00 am - 12 noon.
