Laura Reid Obituary
SAUGERTIES- Laura M. Reid died Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at the Pines in Catskill. Born December 15, 1940 in Saugerties she was the daughter of the late Harold and Elizabeth Legg. A lifetime area resident, she spent many years working in the medical field including Benedictine Hospital as a EKG Technician and as a home health aide before retiring.
Her memory will be carried on by her surviving children Heather Reid and William Legg, her sister in law Alice Legg, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her eight siblings: Elvira Burch, Ruth Cooper, Jennie Wannamaker, Richard, Rudy, Lester, William and Daniel Legg.
Her Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties. Burial will follow in the Trinity Cemetery, Saugerties.
