Leslie J. Caskey

SAUGERTIES - Leslie J. Caskey (Lee), 81, of Band Camp Rd., died Saturday, June 15, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Melrose, Massachusetts on December 3, 1942 to the late Robert Elmore Sanborn and Lillian Josephine Saterlay. For many years she worked at MHVFCU in Kingston and Saugerties. In the most recent years before retiring, she worked at the Saugerties High School as a lunch monitor and a school bus aide. Lee enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, hanging out with her kitty, Honey and spending time with her family.

Beloved mother of Scott (Kelli) Caskey of Saugerties and Jill (Todd) Lavallee of CT; mother-in-law of Amy Caskey; caring grandmother of Aaron (D'Arcy) Caskey and Brandon Caskey, Josie Clawson and Gavin and Sydney Lavallee; great grandmother of Teagan Caskey and sister of Rob Sanborn and Jeffrey (Marina) Sanborn. She was predeceased by her former husband, Robert and her son, Todd Caskey.

Her Funeral Service will be held 6:30 pm Thursday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home Inc. Visitation will be prior to service from 4-6:30pm. A memorial tribute book will be organized using photos and condolences shared with the family at SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.com
