Loretta Beisel Obituary

Loretta J. Beisel, 94, died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025 at the Ten Broeck Commons Nursing Home.  

Survivors include two sons, John (Barbara) and George (Rita) Beisel;  three daughters, Leslie (Bruce) Hornbeck, Terry Beisel and Joan (Tom) Jensen; grandchildren. Jennifer (Mark) Grant, Brandon Beisel (Marina), Larry (Amy) Kimlin, Michael Hornbeck and George Beisel; great grandchildren, Marlie, Avery, Cormick, Ben and Naomi; sister, Phyllis Botsch; brother, Ted (Sherry) Fiust and a sister-in-law, Pat Fiust.  She was predeceased by her husband George, son, Frank Beisel and brother, Vincent Fiust.  

Friends will be received Monday 2-4 PM at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties.  Interment will be held privately at the Mt. Marion Cemetery.

Family suggests donations in Loretta’s memory be made to Diaz Ambulance .  Expressions of condolence may be shared with the family at SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.com 

The family would like to thank everyone at Ten Broeck for their wonderful care of our mom (grandma), especially the nurses and aides on Ashokan.
