SAUGERTIES..... Mary P. Baxter, 94, of Harvest Way, died peacefully Friday at her residence. Born February 4, 1929 in Manhattan she was the daughter of the late John and Gladys Moran. An area resident for the past 5 years, she previously resided in Tenafly, NJ.
Mary was an avid artist in every medium and a member of the Pastel Society of America, with works in museums and private collections nationwide.
Predeceased by her husband Robert, in 2012, survivors include a daughter, Constance "Connie" McCabe and her husband Paul Dunlop, of Lake Bluff, IL and three sons: Robert "Bob" and his fiancee Rita Garrett, of Piperton, TN, Keith, his wife April, and their son Kyle, of Lake Katrine, NY, and Christopher “Chris” and his wife Sydney Baxter, of Lindenhurst, NY.
