Obituary
SAUGERTIES…. Mary V. Fellows, 85, of Simmons St., died Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at the Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck. Born April 26, 1937 in Queens she was the daughter of the late John and Dorothy Lynch Woerthmann.
A lifetime area resident, Mary was employed for over 25 years at Rotron in Woodstock. When not working or caring for her family she enjoyed being outdoors in the sun and by a pool. She also had a tender spot in her heart for her cats.
Survivors include a daughter and best friend, Lisa Fellows and a son in law, Dennis Vardy both of Saugerties. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She was the last surviving member of her family of seven children. Her predeceased siblings were: Evelyn Mickle, Dorothy Brink, Frances Clement, John, George and Thomas Woerthmann.
Her Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery.
