Patricia Elizabeth Waldner

Patricia Elizabeth Waldner, known affectionately as Pat to her friends and family, passed away peacefully at her residence in Saugerties, NY, on February 4, 2025, at the age of 78. She was born on August 23, 1946, in Brooklyn, NY, to the late James Vincent and Elizabeth Meyer Keenan.

Pat was predeceased by her husband David Zimmer, her son John Waldner III, sisters Kathleen Keenan and MaryAnn Patterson, and her brother-in-law David Patterson. She is survived by her devoted son David Waldner and son-in-law David Chick and cherished nieces, Patricia Patterson and Laurie Smith.  Pat was blessed with the gift of many friendships and will be dearly missed by Linda Gray and Carol Van Etten.   

With over four decades of service in Business Operations between Northrup Gruman and GTECH Corporation, Pat was known for her hard work, mentorship, and dedication, making a lasting impact on all who had the opportunity of working for and or alongside her.   

A woman of many passions, Pat had a particular love for her plants, her pool, and her pets. Her compassionate nature extended to all living creatures, and she found joy in the simple pleasure of their company.

A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. Pat will be missed dearly by her extended family and friends, but her spirit will live on through the stories told, the lessons she taught, and the love she gave. Her family takes solace in knowing that she is at peace now reunited with her eternal family.

Her Funeral Service will be held 2 pm Friday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home Inc. Visitation will be prior to service from 1-2 pm. In honor of her love for pets, memorial contributions may be made to the Saugerties Animal Shelter.
