Philip Dugan Obituary
Philip F. Dugan, 86, of Harry Wells Rd. died Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024 at Vassar Brothers Hospital. Born March 11, 1938 in Kingston he was the son of the late Christopher and Dolores Dugan. A lifetime area resident he was employed for over 40 years at Ulster Savings Bank in Kingston. Phil was a life member and Past Chief of the Centerville/Cedar Grove Fire Department.
Survivors include his wife, Anna Marie, a daughter, Cindy of Ft. Collins, Co., three grandchildren: Leann Lincoln, Chris and Joshua Dugan, and six great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Philip S. Dugan
His Funeral Processions will form 10:00 AM Monday at the Seamon- Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts. thence to St John's RC Church in Woodstock where at 11:00 AM a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered. Burial with firematic services will be held in the Mt. Marion Cemetery. Friends will be received Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
