Robert G. Walker

LAKE KATRINE....Robert G. Walker, 85, of Jeanette Lane died Friday, November 25, 2022 at the Kingston Hospital. Born August 17, 1937 in Catskill he was the son of the late Howard and Margaret Eignor Walker. He resided in Coxsackie growing up and attended Coxsackie Athens Central School. He went to work at IBM and then enlisted in the US Army. After serving he returned to employment at IBM and was employed for 35 years as Quality Control Specialist and was a member of the Quarter Century Club. In 1968 he moved to Lake Katrine.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years Joan; two daughters: Sandra Walker of Lake Katrine and Susan. (Paul) Clickner of Olmstedville . Two sisters Phyllis Riley of Greenwich and Carol Jean (Louie) Perrine of W, Coxsackie and a sister-in-law Beverly Walker of Coxsackie. Foir grandchildren: Cody (Samantha) Clickner ,Potenskill; Tyler (Michaela) Clickner, Kingsbury; Abigail (Jake) Laing of Queensbury; Shannon (Justin) Albright of Keyser, W. Virginia. Several nieces and nephews also survive. He was predeceased by his siblings brother Harold Walker, sister & brother-in-law Lucy (Sonny) Lezatte and brother-in-law Laurence Riley.

His funeral service will be held 5:00 PM Wednesday November 30 at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Corner of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties. Friends will be received from 2:00 - 5:00. Interment will be held privately.
