SAUGERTIES - Scott McKowen, 57, of Rte. 32 died Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at the Health Alliance Hospital, Kingston. Born September 15, 1967 in Hackensack, NJ he was the son of the late Ralph and Patricia McKowen. A lifelong area resident he was an employee of the Price Chopper in Saugerties. He was a big fan of the NY Mets.
Survivors include a sister, Penny Beare (Chris) of Saugerties and two brothers, John and Jamie McKowen both of Fla, 3 nieces Rachel Beare and her son Aiden of Saugerties, Amanda Beare and her son Jacob of Glasco and Krista Sanchez (Victor) and daughter Victoria of Glasco.
