Steven Brogan Obituary

Steven E. Brogan, 71 of Glasco, Turnpike, Saugerties, died Friday, January 27, 2023, at the Health Alliance Hospital, Mary Ave., Kingston. Born March 26, 1951, in Lakewood, NJ, he was the son of the late Joseph and Lillian O’Charski Brogan. A Sergeant in the U.S. Army and Vietnam Veteran, Steve was a longtime area resident and made his career as an electrician, ultimately becoming a Master Electrician and State inspector. He enjoyed watching Syfy, NASCAR, and rooting for the Buffalo Bills, and his favorite hobbies were fishing, scuba diving, and skydiving.

 

Survivors include his wife, the former Debra Brocco; his daughter, Stephanie both of Saugerties; his son, and daughter-in-law Timothy and Bianca; four grandchildren, Noah, Sophia, Ryland, and Eliana; two sisters-in-law, Brenda Berinato and Lisa Setera; two brothers-in-law, Dave Brocco, and Darren Setera and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph and Robert Brogan.

 

His Funeral Procession will form 11:15 AM Wednesday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties thence to St. Joseph RC Church where at 12 noon a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered.  Friends will be received on Tuesday from 3:00-6:00 PM.   A Tribute book will be organized using expressions of condolence and memorial photos shared with the family at SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.com
