Vera Bolde Obituary
SAUGERTIES-Vera Bolde, 80, of High Falls Rd., died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her family. Born Oct. 18, 1943 in Union Grove, NY she was the daughter of the late Warren and Virginia Weaver. An area resident for many years, Vera was an active member of the Quarryville Methodist Church, she was a member of the Saugerties Area Council of Churches and volunteered at the Well and Christmas Store.
Predeceased by her husband, William in July of 2023, a son, William and a daughter, Billie-Jo Bolde survivors include a daughter, Penny Dymond and a son, Brian Bolde both of Saugerties. A brother, Alan Weaver of Andes, six grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Friends will be received on Tuesday from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc., Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts. Saugerties. Graveside service at the Blue Mt.
