Vincent C. Carney

PALENVILLE….Vincent C. Carney, 87, of Bogart Road died Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at the Albany Medical Center.   Born October 26, 1934 in Saugerties he was the son of the late Vincent and Mildred Freligh Carney.  A veteran of the US Marine Corp he served during the Korean War.   A lifetime area resident he was employed for many years as a corrections officer at the Coxsackie Correctional Facility.

Survivors include a son, Vincent Carney, Jr. of Clearwater, Fla. And a Sister, Cora Wolf of Catskill.   He was predeceased by his wife, Jetta and a sister, Barbara Teetsel.

His Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties.   Burial with military honors will follow in the Mt.
