Vivian Williams Obituary
GLENERIE - Vivian A. Williams, 87, of South Drive died Friday, January 2, 2026 at the Ulster Co. Health Related Facility. Born January 13, 1938 in Hackensack, NJ she was the daughter of the late Walter and Kathryn Linden.
An area resident for many years she was employed by Central Hudson, in Kingston, Saugerties and Poughkeepsie, as a customer service representative. She later worked at Newberry's in Saugerties. Active in the Plattekill Reformed Church, where she sang in the church choir. She was a member of the Mended Hearts Cardiac Support Group and the Quarter Century Club of Central Hudson.
Predeceased by her husband, Everett "Rett" Williams, a son, Rett Williams two brothers, Walter and Robert Linden. Survivors include three daughters: Judy Morgan, Joy Lamas and Barbara Tatarzewski. Several grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.
Her Funeral Service will be held 12 noon Wednesday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties. Interment will follow in Mt. Marion Cemetery.
