WOODSTOCK…..Ronald C. Van Sickle, 83, of Glasco Tpk., died Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at the Kingston City Hospital. Born October 15, 1934 in Watertown, NY he was the son of the late Ronald and Alice Van Sickle.  


            An area resident for many years he was employed as a Mechanical Engineer at IBM for over 30 years. In his youth he spent all his summers at Pleasant Lake, NY where he enjoyed boating and fishing which continued into his adult life. His family was very important to him especially his grandchildren.


            Survivors include his wife, Joanne, 2 Sons: Joseph and Ronald Van Sickle, a Daughter: Faith and her husband Michael Sprague of Saugerties,  A Sister: Barbara Coleman of  Ballston Spa and a Brother: Kenneth and his wife, Sally Van Sickle of Saugerties, 2 Grandchildren: Ariana and Jeremy Sprague and several nieces and nephews also survive. He was predeceased by a Daughter, Linda Van Sickle and brother in law Arthur Coleman. 


            His Funeral Service will be held  12 Noon on Monday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc.. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts. Friends will be received Monday 10:00 AM -12 Noon. Expressions of condolence may be shared with the family @SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.
