Angela M. Mastracchio

SAUGERTIES, NY… Angela M. Mastracchio, 82, of Burt Street, passed away on January 11, 2022. Born April 17, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Catherine Lauria. A former resident of The Bronx, Angela and her family relocated to Saugerties in 1978. She was a longtime employee of the IRS in Kingston before retiring in 2001.

Angela was an active parishioner of St. Mary of the Snow RC Church, who led the Amazing Grace Prayer Group, organized holiday décor, theater cabaret, and was a devoted member of the Rosary Society.

She was predeceased by her sister, Loretta Ferguson, and her daughter, Debra Legg. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Edward R. Mastracchio; her children Anne Marie Procario, Evelyn Lauria DeRose and Eddie Masters; her sister Marie Cook; and her grandchildren, Jason Legg, Danielle Paccione, and Catherine Paccione.

Family and friends will be received Tuesday, January 18 from 2:00-4:00 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. at the corner of John & Lafayette Streets in Saugerties, NY. Her Funeral Procession will form at 9:15 AM on Wednesday, January 19, at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc., thence to St. Mary of the Snow RC Church, where at 10:00 AM, a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saugerties.  Further obituary information and expressions of condolence may be shared with Angela’s family at SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.com.
