Obituary
SAUGERTIES….. Karl C. Quednau, 63, of Dutchtown Rd. died Thursday, November 17, 2022 surrounded by family and loved ones. Born January 20, 1959 in Kingston he was the son of Deccia Quednau and the late Edward Quednau. A lifetime area resident he loved the outdoors, lived for riding his Harley, and was a skilled mechanic by profession. He cherished the moments spent with his beloved parents, family, and In-Laws.
Besides his mother, survivors include his wife, Gail (Drechsler). A son: Kurt Quednau of Clifton, ME. Two daughters: Jennifer Quednau of Saugerties and Kasandra Sebald of Shandaken. A grandson: Thomas Sebald Jr. Two sisters: Verna May of Kingston and Laura Quednau of Woodstock and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Sunday Nov 27th at 12 PM with a Service of Remembrance at 1 PM at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties. A celebration of life will follow at the Saugerties American Legion across the street. His Tribute Book will be organized using expressions of condolence and photos shared with the family at SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.com
