SAUGERTIES - Nancy Richter, 82 of Rte. 212 died Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at her residence. Born June 3, 1941 in Kingston she was the daughter of the late Arnold and Mary Short Tierney.
She was Predeceased by her husband, Arthur, a son, Scott Gilbert and her brother, William Tierney. Survivors include her son, Todd and his wife Lynn Gilbert of Kerhonkson; daughter, Wendy and her husband, Brian Hatfield of GA; cousin, Tom Tierney; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Nancy was an avid gardener and liked to create water color designs. She was a former owner of Skilly Pot antiques. She loved going to garage sales.
Her Funeral Service will be held privately. Arrangements are under the direction of the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties. Expressions of condolence may be shared on Nancy's Tribute Wall at SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.com
