Dearest Community,
There are so many of us suffering loss, abrupt and otherwise. Please know that your outpouring of love, reverence & support at the time of Bobbie’s passing was & is always cherished. Mountains of gratitude to all the people who tended this affair. Due to extenuating circumstances and public health concerns, we are not able to honor the formal funeral for our Mother, Roberta Lynn.
Her actual, final sign-off was I Love You! I Love You! I Want You to Know I Love You!
We weren't stingy about saying so but it was hardly our rote sign‐off.
With Reverence For YOU, Woodstock, NY
Peace Be Unto You Sincerely,
Her Loving Daughters
Bobbie’s cremains will be buried at the Viewmonte cemetery in Clermont, NY @ The Cooper Family Plot. We can not compliment highly enough Eric Wilsey and The Seamon-‐Wilsey Establishment.

ROBERTA LYNN COOPER (Bobbie) arrived on a Winter Solstice & departed on The Blue Moon Halloween, unexpectedly. The precise moment of her exit is fuzzy; a missed shift at Family Of Woodstock, Saturday October 31st 2020 alerted the community that she’d gone. She was found preserved in time adjusting the temperature to her bath, in her shower cap & reading glasses and appears to have suffered not at all.
Bobbie relished science fiction & wry wit and was herself oft droll: a rib-tickler. She was unhysterical in the face of triage, undaunted by technology, a terrific cook and the cleverest of gift-givers. A discreet scholar, she stockpiled knowledge on subjects of interest: pigment, patchouli, salt, orchids; big on birds. Her plants were robust and cats lived for ages. She was keen on quality & didn’t fudge facts.
Roberta Lynn studied music in her car. She venerated Lady-Pianists, observed ‘Classical Sunday’, wept with Gregorian Chants & sang to The Talking Heads. - Bobbie Rocked -
She arrived to Woodstock, a pioneer amid principled youth where she raised two daughters on the real-time ‘Monet’ Yankeetown Pond. They whimpered for TV then praised her wherewithal for the benefits of its absence. She lived amid Bear, Beaver, Eagle & Heron and held genuine reverence for the spirit of humanity. She was a confidant par excellence. Bobbie had grit.
Born to Harriet Alice & John Henry Cooper December 21st, 1948, Roberta is survived by her sister Linda, three cousins, her daughters Margaret & Marion Heinze, The Heinze's & The Sylvester's.
